Come out and enjoy Country music, Antique Farm Show, Chicken & Fish Dinners, Carriage Rides, Sawmill Tours, and watch artists demonstrate their talents. We'll have bowl turners, hand carvers, lathe demonstrations, painters, furniture builders, glass blowers, and many more artists. We didn't forget the little ones either...There will be educational activities for them to enjoy as well as trying their hand at building bird boxes. They will enjoy learning about nature! Enjoy Chainsaw Carving Competition with 8 of the top competitors in the United States sponsored by Echo Outdoor Power Equipment! They will be competing for cash and prizes in a timed event. Watch a huge log transformed into a piece of art right in front of your eyes. All the carvings will be auctioned off Saturday & Sunday at 4:00. Don't miss this one of a kind event never before seen in our area. Friday's events will start at 9:00am and run until 5:00. Artists & craftsman will be demonstrating their talents all day as well as plenty of chainsaw carving. We'll be scheduling school groups for activities & time to meet all the artists throughout the day. We have educational activities for all age levels. There will be various IDNR programs going on throughout the day. Purdue will be making bird feeders with the kids. We will build bird boxes with the kids. There will be fish dinners, hamburgers, hot dogs, popcorn, etc. Saturday & Sunday's events will start at 9:00am and run until 5:00. Artists & craftsman will be demonstrating their talents all day as well as plenty of chainsaw carving. We'll have bands playing on Saturday & Sunday. The carving auction will be 4:00 each day. There will be sawmill tours, carriage rides, chicken & fish dinners, and much more. Early Days Antique Club will have an Antique Farm Show with plenty of Wheat threshing, lime crushing, straw baling, and much more. We'll be building bird boxes & will have some educational activities planned for both days. Sunday we'll have IDNR doing snake and raptor programs. Blue Heron Winery will be available for Wine tasting and sales on Sunday. Admission is $1 per person ages 5 and older.
